Having successfully established a successful 24 hours, 7 day per week service in the Scottish two man delivery market Technologistics Ltd has gone from strength to strength since November 2011, now achieving a multi-million pound turnover which continues to grow month on month.
The next logical step is to take the same services, service levels and customer satisfaction provision wider afield, across the whole of the UK.
With depots in Edinburgh, Newcastle and Leeds we will be able to provide our high level service supported by our bespoke IT platform and current delivery structure across the UK before June 2015.
The IT system that we use to operate our business have been built entirely inhouse by our own dedicated team of developers, we design, create and write our own solutions and can amend or change these systems with ease as and when required. Our systems include customer reporting tools such as realtime delivery result or customer specific KPI reporting.
These systems are used to manage the movement of your goods offering full traceability, 24/7. Realtime traceability of both vehicles and goods ensures that we know where your goods are at all times. This traceability extends to return goods whether they be replacement, damaged or cancelled order items. All goods are treated with the utmost care and inspected upon collection and where required repackaged before return. We can also hold stock of returned goods for redelivery as per instruction.

Although we have a standard system and service setup we can easily and happily build a solution that fits your business requirements in full. Timeslots, packaging removal, assembly, installation, SMS, KPI reports, item level scanning... we can provide it all.
All of our staff are trained to the highest standard in delivery services including manual handling and risk assessment by our own accredited trainers ensuring that whilst delivering within the homes of the end user, your customer, care and respect is priority when handling large, bulky objects.
Our staff are trained to such a high level that we are now providing accredited training in a number of fields not only to our own staff but the staff of our very own customers.
